When your body is relaxed, you are more mentally alert. Chair massage helps release stored-up tension in the body and mind, allowing you to unwind and return to work feeling rejuvenated.
When you’re happy, you’re more productive. Not only does massage provide an effective perk for employees, but it also prompts the brain to produce oxytocin and serotonin – which make you happy, reduce anxiety and help you focus.
Working in an office setting comes with hazards – especially if you’re sitting down all day. Rotator cuff injuries, RSI, back pain and neck strain are all common problems that can be solved and even prevented with regular chair massage.
Using a massage and acupressure we can target and relieve muscle tension built up from sitting too long. Done regularly, this can dramatically improve physical wellbeing.
By reducing stress and increasing relaxation, employees can experience reduced levels of anxiety, depression and other mental health issues thanks to the release of dopamine and serotonin.
Employees are more likely to stay with a company that proactively cares about them and their goals. Offering office massage as a benefit shows employees how much you value them, and increases their loyalty to your company, reducing your staff turnover rate.

It is unlikely to make you feel sleepy. This is because the massage we do is designed to stimulate blood flow and increase circulation, which will help you feel more energized and alert.
Our massage can release your endorphins, which are natural painkillers and mood elevators that can help lift your mood and make you feel more positive and focused.
So, while you may feel more relaxed and calm after a TOM massage, it's unlikely to make you feel sleepy or drowsy. Instead, it can help you feel more focused, productive, and ready to tackle the rest of your day.
We offer 10-15-20 minute chair massages. This means we can cater for any size organisation, from 7 employees upwards. There is no limit to the numbers. Please note. If you have a smaller number of people in your office, please do let us know, as we can still accommodate in most instances.
Because our massages are performed sitting up rather than lying down, we take up relatively little space. A quiet corner of the office or even a break room are perfect places for us to set up. If you’re very tight on space, we can even massage you in your desk chair.
No. Chair massage is designed to be done over clothes, so no oils or lotions are used on your skin. This means it’s perfect for people with sensitive skin too!
Yes! You might feel a little more relaxed than usual at first, but you can go back to work as soon as the massage is over. As massage increases oxygenated blood around the body, you will feel totally revived, refreshed and ready to take on any challenges.
Its so easy! Simply let us know when, how many and how long then leave the rest to us, we will send you a booking spreadsheet with breaks and times allocated, you simply add the names. We send a brief medical questionnaire which you distribute to your team and we take care of the rest. We ask for a 50% deposit to secure the event and the remainder is paid after the event, usually by invoice but we can also send a secure payment link.
