We find there is usually a 75% take up. For example, if you have 50 employees, 35 will probably wish a massage.
Kindly take note that some of your staff members might be hesitant towards the idea of getting massages at work. However, we have observed that once a single individual experiences the benefits of a massage, it generates an interest among others, and they too want to have a massage.

Once the dates, numbers and timing have been confirmed, we will provide you with a medical questionnaire, a leaflet that outlines what you can expect, and an appointment form. The appointment form will include the scheduled breaks for the therapists, which means that all you need to do is book your colleagues.
We ask for a 50% deposit payable before your event, with the final payment after your event
Kindly distribute the correspondence to all employees and request their confirmation that there are no contraindications found as per the medical questionnaire. Additionally, please inform everyone to arrive on time for their appointment and wear comfortable clothing as stated in our "what to expect" leaflet. It is important that everyone is aware of these instructions for a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Our therapists will make sure to arrive and set up at least 15 minutes prior to their first appointment. They will bring all the necessary equipment and materials, so all you need to focus on is making sure everyone is excited for a truly wonderful day of refreshment and rejuvenation.
